CLASSES

Our classes cover all aspects of traditional Tang Soo Do karate training; from syllabus patterns (hyungs) and kicking drills to weapons training, pad work and sparring. We combine hands-on experience with the theory and philosophy behind techniques. We teach discipline and enjoy training together in a friendly and inspiring atmosphere.

Our Tiny Tigers program is tailored to younger students (Ages 4-7) and introduces the basics at a slower pace. We cover the foundations of the syllabus in a more playful environment with fun martial arts activities to develop confidence, resilience, balance and concentration.

Our Junior classes are designed to help children build confidence, discipline, and focus while having fun and staying active. Each session combines exciting physical activity with valuable life lessons, helping students improve coordination, fitness, and self-control. Through learning the fundamentals of Tang Soo Do, children develop respect, perseverance, and a positive attitude—skills that benefit them at home, in school, and beyond. Classes are taught in a safe, supportive environment where every child is encouraged to do their best and grow at their own pace.

Our Mixed class brings families and individuals of all ages together in a positive and inclusive environment. These sessions are perfect for parents training alongside their children, or for students who enjoy learning in a diverse group. Everyone works at their own pace, developing fitness, coordination, and self-defence skills. With a focus on respect, teamwork, and personal progress, our mixed classes promote shared goals and quality time while encouraging individual growth in a fun and structured setting.

Our adult classes offer a full-body workout that improves strength, flexibility, and overall fitness. Beyond the physical, you’ll gain practical self-defence skills and a real boost in confidence. Training is also a great way to reduce stress, clear your mind, and build mental resilience. With a focus on personal development and discipline, our classes support growth both in and out of the Do Jang. You'll join a welcoming community of like-minded adults, all working towards their goals in a respectful and encouraging environment.

Our Special Educational Needs program is designed specifically for children and adults with special educational needs or those that thrive at a slower pace. Our program focuses on creating a supportive and inclusive environment where every child can thrive, learn, and grow.
